Does anyone have any experience with using additives while you are flushing your engine after a normal saltwater trip? I am looking at an ad for a product called Salt-Away. It looks good but I would like to hear from someone who has maybe used this or something like it before.

Any feedback here is appreciated.

I use them when I have them I don't seem to have a problem. I put a garden feed dispencer in between two hoses and fill the Salt-X dispencer dump it in and fill the jug, set the knob to where it runs out when the carbs are empty. That was trial and error a few times. Used Salt-X and Salt-Away. Catch some exhaust water in a bucket and toss it on the deck and trailer...works great after clean up
