Anybody Rebuild older rods

I have a older original All star. ITs needs help, was wondering if anyone tears them down and rebuilds them

I live about 45 miles south of Houston. I live in West Columbia, west of Angleton on Highway 35 about 12 miles. I can strip down and rebuild your rods. $7.50 per guide.

Jetty Jumper or PDaddy, what is the total cost of "components", I am a complete stranger to rebuilding rods. I can fish though. LOL!! Please help, I have an older CCA Redfish rod I would like to restore a little.
