i was cleaNing my curado 200 dhsv and everything is fine expect my drag is loose i turned it all the way and it is still loose...i dont understand...i would appericate if u give me some answeers...

How far did you you break down the reel?

Check the pressure washers and make sure they are opposed like this (). Its possible that the reel is not back to gether correctly. Use the link at the top of this forum for your Curado. It shows step by step how to properly disassemble and reassemble the reel.

okay u were right bantam it was the pressure washers..so i fixed it and now there is a another problem..sometimes when i reel it makes clicking noises and i can feel it also...and it doesnt reel smooth..its like kinda rough

That can be tough to diagnose without seeing or feeling the reel. Check the assist stopper pawl for correct installation. This is what I see more commonly.

You will need to send the reel to us or to one of our warranty centers for repair.

Yes. Send the reel to us or a warranty center with a copy of your receipt (for proof of warranty).
