Anyone had problems snapping off wheel lugs I have broke six off different wheels at different times ?

no, does somebody else put them on/off, they may be puting them to tight

I have an 03, and an 06. I've never broken a wheel stud.

Me either. Torqued to 135.

I also have an 06 3500 CTD; no problem snapping lugs. Safe bet is they are being over torqued.

Are you using the factory wheels? If not you may need to upgrade to different lug nuts and studs.

05 here, I am running 35's on aftermarket rims with some offroading for hunting and beach driving and never snapped a lug to date.

I'm running Hummer H2 wheels and 315 bfgs and havent had any problem. Im also using stock lugs. I've put some torque to the ground and havent had any problems.
That's why I asked what kind of wheel he's running. Could be that the wheel is hub centric and not lug centric.
