Best Catfish Meal!!

If i had one catfish meal to pick, it would be
Fried Catfish
Hushpuppies
potatoe salad
fried okra
coleslaw
big glass of ice water
What would your favorite catfish meal be???

That sounds like a mighty fine meal to me. The only thing I would change would be a big glass of cold sweet tea.

just like Bobby said, but I'd make sure the coleslaw was of German descent. No sweet coleslaw for me.... Oh yeah, the potato salad must be of "dill"....

fried fish, jalopeno cornbread mix add onions and cheese fry into hushpuppies ,add 20 friends bringing side dishes and desserts ,, sitting around for a 2 hour meal,, thats my favorite fish meal

First....gotta be cooked outside on a fish fryer, in the shade, by the lake, with a few fishing buddies sitting around sipping their favorite beverage, telling of their many and glorious fishing poweresses and adventures!!

Fried Catfish with extra dash or two of cayenne (every thing else is ready, and they serve themselves as soon as the fish comes out of the fryer, hot and crispy!)
Hushpuppies with jalapeno, green onions and cayenne pepper
Hot (as in heat, not pepper) German potato salid
Homemade tartar sauce with lots of onions (can't buy it with hardly any onions in it!)
Sweet tea or optional Rum and Coke
Banana cream pie for dessert
