cd player problems 06 dodge

Anyone having problems with the CD player on 06 Dodge? I've had the standard issues with A/C and cloth interior, but my CD player will kick out CD's saying "error cd" 90% of the time (even brand new cd). I've tried the laser eye cleaning gimmicks etc. nothing seems to work.

I havent heard of any problems but I would warranty it.

I have an '05 Dodge with the Harmon Becker CD and Navigation system that came in the truck. It was doing the same thing that yours is doing. I had it raplaced under warranty at 35,800 miles. I haven't had that problem since. I have another problem though. Every now and then if it's on the Sirius stations, when I start the truck, you can barely hear the station and there's lots of static. The unit doesn't say that there's "no signal". I have to leave the truck running, raise up the back seat, and unplug the satellite receiver box for about 10 seconds. When I plug it back in, it works fine. This only happens once every week or two. Before I found the box, I used to just turn the truck off and on until the radio worked right. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't.

I have the standard cd/sirius radio player in my 06 and have not had any problems, the cd does not have mp3 songs on it, becuase it will not play them

I had the same problem with my 97 and 2004 dodge trucks. It would eject the cd and say error. I just replaced the 04 with a pioneer..
