Thanks for getting involved with 2Cool. This adds just one more thing to all the pleasant experiences I have had with Shimano. I have been buying Shimano reels since the old 250. I thought that had to be as good a reel as was possible, but Shimano topped it. The only complaint I have ever had is with the current Chronarc. When my rods are in the rod holder on the boat the top of the holder causes the button to engage that allows the sideplate to open. Maybe a fix for that can be done with your next generation of reels.
