Calcuta 700 a

Are ther conversions aailable to convert Shimano 700 a to the "B" version with the lever ingauge verses the button. The button seems to be a problem with these reels as does corrosion around the reel handle nut.

Unfortuntely there is a slght change in the frame and side plate design that will not allow the manual clutch lever to be retrofitted. If you have had continuous problems then please send me a PM and I will see what I can do for you.

Not really continuious problems but it seems that it's one reel one time and another the next. The reels are about four years old. Will Shimano still rebuild/repair reels in California?
