Hats off to the Game Wardens on Calaveras

Robin ( my wife) Ashley (my dayghter) and I went to Calaveras today and we have to take our hats off to the game wardens on the lake they were great looking out for peoples safety and being very courtious as well. We were checked by them and they were great. thanks guys

We were on lake Conroe Sunday afternoon and the game wardens were there in number. We noticed they were stopping a lot of boats, checking safety equipment mostly. They also were checking fish sizes and limits and we saw one party getting cited. Bass must be 16" minimum on Conroe. They were courteous, you never have a problem as long as you follow the laws.

My wife and I got checked by the wardens at Calaveras and had the same experience. They were very courteous, conversational, etc. Like Deezlejuice said, if you are following the laws - they usually are. I can't recall ever having a bad experience with a game warden.
