Catfishing Report 4/13-4/14 Tivoli

Windy, changing weather, colder temps would normally kill a fishing trip but this one was different while we were setting out lines we looked back and noticed a big pull. Thinking we might have caught a log going by we checked the line and to our surprise 10lb yellow. Nice trip to the river for the fry. Finished with 58 fish all blues except for 4 yellows.(one not in pic as it was cleaned right away due to gut hooking).

Nice catch. A couple quick questions. What types of bait do you like to use on your lines and I noticed there were no channel cats caught. Is that because of the baits used or just the area? Thanks

Area, not many channels caught in that area. We use fresh cut shad nothing that has been frozen. Even the yellows were caught on cut shad.
