We often scampi tuna, use the same seasonings as you would with shrimp. The leftovers can be used for tuna salad or an excellent curry.
Grill it, rare, with salt and pepper, you'll love the lemon taste.
INGREDIENTS:

2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Butter
1 tsp Shallots (finely chopped)
3 Cloves of Fresh Garlic (finely chopped)
1/2 a Lemon (squeezed)
2 ozs. Sherry
2 ozs. Brandy
6 Jumbo Shrimp Salt and Pepper to taste

1. Saute olive oil, butter, and garlic for about 1 minute.
2. Add Shallots and shrimp to the mixture.
3. Saute for 2 minutes on each side of shrimp. Flame with Brandy.
4. Add Sherry and steam for 2 more minutes.
5. Serve over rice.
Change the shrimp to tuna, it's good.
