update-- conroe cats not to good---things change

brother and friend went back to conroe today, resulst, two limits,50 fish. they fished bulkheads from daylight till 2pm,high wind.

the bait was nightcralwers, big fat ones. went again today. caught 10 cats and 2 freshwater drum. the wind is terriable,need to find some protected areas.we left at noon. good luck guys.they are eating shad

we dont fish rough water but protected or semi-ptotected water. we keep moving until we get a bite,then hold position with trollingmotor or throw out spear to hold position and fish area. never stay long when searching, but have stayed in one spot last year and caught 50[two of us]
