I know you're not the boastful type...but for the benefit of those not in-the-know,would you post a pic or two of that lil bugger you snagged awhile back?

Main reason I'm not fond of posting pics is cause the fish died on me. Not gonna get into all the details, we did our best to save the fish, pics were taken after the fish had passed. 20 min fight on 40 lb big cat, 80 lb leader, #8 gamma.
92.28 lb Blue Catfish - 50 1/2 Length - 39 1/2 Girth - caught June 29th, 2004 - Kerr/Buggs

Medulla...That was the fishes problem, according to Willy's reports. The experts say that the big girl had just come off the spawn and was runnin' on M-T....could you imagine that fish full of row and Gizzard Shad?100lb.fish...easy.

Yep, I am certain that fish with a belly full of roe and a few 12 inch gizzards would have been 100lbs easy. Its hard to tell in the pics on this thread, but when the fish was laying on the gournd you could see the stomach was empty.

:cop: How ironic, the mystery of how little johnny disappeared was answered, and Willy's biggest catch were the same day!
