On another woodworking site this morning saw pictures of a bunch of pens one of the guys made out of sawdust/lathe chips along with assorted veggies -- peas, corn, etc. Another avenue for you to go down. :D
Pens are looking great!
Well, we're off to Deer Park to get a glimpse of the pros at work. ;)

Yep, Bill it is a nice case.Drawers slide in and nice glass top.Picked it up on the internet at a "Sale Price" (?) from Woodcraft, I think...Gonna take it over to my biz next week and set 'er up. Figuring on laying one of the pens 'gratis' on my good customers and trying to peddle the rest for about $20..Whatch think ???
Figure 50 cents for blank + $1.50 for guts of pen + half hour of work @ $5.25/hr (I think that is the minimum wage) = about $5 each materials and labor....$15 clear profit..Not bad...if I don't figure in a couple thou in equipment I've suckered for..LOL
"Get Rich Quick" for sure this time !!!!! LOL
Well, ya got about $600 in the case (today LOL). Have to pay the the "tools" somehow...LOL
