Drill Doctor. Anybody use one.

A friend of mine has one, older model, that I have used with success. I bought one today, 350X, that doesn't sharpen worth a darn. Maybe I got a bad one I don't know. What I do know is that it is going back tomorrow. Its the $59 version. Does anybody have the $100 version. If so how does it work for you.

Thanks Jeff. I was hoping to make do with the el cheapo model. I'll give the other one a try tomorrow. This one here just flattend the tip out.

Can't help you Too Tall I never used one. My Dad used to use a flat file and sharpen his bits.

I got it going. The dvd instructions worked well. Makes a nice tip once you do it the correct way. The instruction booklet leaves a little to be desired.

Glad you got it going. I have one and love it. Don't have to use it often but it does a great job when I need it.
