San Jacinto River Below Houston Dam

Fished river today from 7am to 2pm..8 keeper white Perch, 3 keeper white bass. All caught on minnows.....Bite was slow. Fished 8-11 ft water with bait down by the bottom....Fish Fry Sunday!

Several boats were catching them...Double rigging lures with jigs or something like that...They were catching 5 to my 1.....

i went last saturday week i caught one white bass keeper i didnt go up to close to the damm tho the water racing out of the dam wonder why they are doing that.last sunday went into the lake and it was about a foot or two low
