Need Crappie Report Please?

Need a report for crappie and white bass in the creeks of north lake Houston please?

went out 1/1/07, caught two crappie 10 in. went out 1/11/07 didnt catch squat. water temp. 54, lots of fish on locator suspanded i an refering to the east fork. havent tried luces bayou yet,no boat ramps over there may put kayak in under bridge on warmer day

I fished L. Houston Saturday for crappie and it was tough.

All of the fish we caught were small and you had to hit a number of laydowns and submerged structure before you would catch one or two small ones. If you are persistant, you can scratch out a small mess but, it was slow going.

The fish were buried down in the brush and hard to get to.
