IRA/LLC Do any of you have this type of investment? I have some questions regarding some property I purchased and would like to see if anyone has some experience or ideas as what to do or an advisor in the are that I could talk to face to face.

You can PM your question to me if you wish. I will try to answer, or if I can't, I most likely know someone who can. I am a principal in a private wealth management group and encounter all types of investment vehicles through the individual clients, family offices, foundations and institutions that I work with.

You have to be careful when investing in real estate in IRA's. You can't have any "benefical use" of the property. In other words, you can't buy a home and call it rental property but use it on the weekends as a second home.
I manage IRA's that hold real estate and LP's. If you have any specific questions, let me know.
